I don’t throw the word “best” around lightly…especially when it comes to DTF printers. There’s a lot of overhyped garbage in this space and I’ve been pretty vocal with my feelings on DTF since it started to blow up in the industry. But there comes a time as a business owner where you have to get out of your own way sometimes and recognize where something you might not particularly like can serve both your business and your customers. This Screen Print Really Tested My Patience

It's been 6 years since I had the idea to start my printing shop, Rogue Lab. We talk about the grind it took to get here and build a successful business, we meet our newest employee and we run some insane simulated process prints.

Today in the shop we're creating and testing some new procedures to get everyone on the same page, running some 3D puff embroidery and printing some shirts with a simple halftone drop shadow effect.

Today I'm teaching my greenest employee how to screen print and run our automatic press like a pro. He's a total beginner so this should get interesting.

We're testing out the Action Engineering Dual Squeegee to see if it can improve our prints. We're testing for speed, ink opacity and print detail. This thing really surprised me!
